speaking about
The Alimony Reform Act: Pearls and Pitfalls
It's been a year and a half since the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act of 2011 went into effect. Now is a good time to reflect upon the changes brought by the new law and what it means for litigants as well as attorneys. Attorneys Anita Robboy and Arlene Bernstein, experienced family law practitioners and Senior Partners volunteers extraordinaire, will speak about the pearls and pitfalls of the Alimony Reform Act.
Senior Partners luncheons are a good place to learn something new, meet other members of the pro bono community, and get involved in interesting volunteer legal opportunities.
Thank you for your commitment to access to justice for all. We look forward to seeing you.
-Eddie Ginsburg & Barbara Siegel
