Building a Better Biz Thru Employee Engagement

Austin Gives presents, “Building a Better Biz Thru Employee Engagement,” a free interactive workshop designed for businesses interested in learning from local leaders how to successfully engage employees through your philanthropy plan. The workshop will include an overview of the advantages of employee engagement in philanthropy by Beth Krueger of the United Way For Greater Austin; a panel discussion led by Ed Kargbo, president of Yellow Cab/Hail A Cab Austin; and will feature Rob Solomon, CEO of Bulldog Solutions, Virginia Visser, Principal of Workplace Resource and Ben Hunsaker, Community Impact Lead from The Advisory Board as panelists. In addition, the workshop will wrap up with smaller table discussions to dive deeper into the topic of employee engagement and how it can contribute to the success of your business.
CEOs, COOs and/or any titles responsible for philanthropy for businesses of all sizes are encouraged to attend whether they are Austin Gives members or not. Coffee and light breakfast will be served courtesy of Silicon Labs.
