A Benefit Party for "TransVisible: Bamby's Story"

Ron & I are delighted to invite you to be part of an exciting new film project that will document trans community leader Bamby Salcedo’s inspiring journey, and her unyielding dedication to fighting for some of the most marginalized and disenfranchised in our society.

"TransVisible" is about TRANS-formation and TRANScending the limits of what is possible, regardless of society’s restraints.

Bamby, born in Guadalajara, Mexico, has overcome seemingly insurmountable barriers to become one of the most effective advocates in the LGBT community.  She has been recognized by Christopher Street West with the Connie Norman Leadership Award for her work with transgender communities; the Sheila Kuehl Trailblazer Award from the Stonewall Democratic Club; and by The City of West Hollywood with the Women in Leadership Award.

Ron & I urge you to support this groundbreaking documentary in one or more of the following ways:

1- Attend this special benefit party to meet & listen to Producer Roland Palencia, Director Dante Alencastre and trans community leader Bamby Salcedo about their exciting plans for this project.
