Kingston Peak - Sep. Greenhorn Run

Hosted By:   Mile-Hi Jeep Club

Main invitation image

Every month, Mile-Hi puts on one run that is open to everyone and can be completed by any 4wd. This month's run is Kingston Peak.

This trip provides some great views of the James Peak wilderness area, with stops at the famous rock house above Loch Lomond, and a large mud hole on the North end. Warning: be careful in the mud hole as it has been known to hydro lock many engines.

Meet at Marion's of the Rockies in Idaho Springs at 8am for breakfast,or 9am for the trail. The group will leave promptly at 9am, so don't be late. Allow plenty of time for the extra traffic at the I70 tunnel project. It has been a bear lately.

Chris Carnahan (White, 4door JK) will be the trip leader for this run.

As always, please only RSVP your number of vehicles. NOT the number of passengers.
