Papua New Guinea or commonly known as PNG  is one of the least developed countries on this planet. Situated between Indonesia and Australia, the country still remains very much untouched by the modern world. With cannibalism having being practiced in the past in the country, PNG evokes mixed response from being exotic to dangerous.

The talk is going to cover the Goroka festival - held annually in the month of September in the Eastern Highlands, the festival attracts over 100 tribes from the region over a 3 day colorful gathering.

Suparna will share her experience when she visited the festival last year.
