Kieślowski's The Decalogue IX Screening
Hosted By: Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology
Join us as we continue our screening of Kieślowski's The Decalogue. Each film in the series stands on its own, so please do not hesitate to join us for the first time.
We will have a special conversation partner in DSPT Fellow Gil Bailie - an expert in Rene Girard's thought, which is based on the phenomenon of mimetic desire. This is particularly fitting because our November 17th screening of The Decalogue IX, is based on the Commandment "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife."
This series is hosted by DSPT Fellow Ron Austin - Hollywood producer, screenwriter, and director.
For more information or to RSVP for the last screening in The Decalogue series, please visit: dspt.edu/decalogue or call (888) 450-3778. All screenings are free.
You are welcome to extend this invitation but please remember to RSVP. Space is limited!
