First in a series of workshops exploring O Sensei's process as a daily life practice. This is not an Aikido workshop attendees should wear comfortable clothing not "training unifroms".

About the broadcast.
It will be 2 way audio with video only one way. We are not promising your questions will get aired, however when there is a pause for questions I will monitor your audio and text and I will try to get them answered. In the future would like a more complete experience for the remote viewers but we are keeping things simple this go round.
as is our first broadcast and we expect it might be rough around the edges occasionally so if you have any thoughts or suggestions now or after the broadcast please share your ideas on what we can do to improve it.
We have completed several test sessions and due to the limited internet speed I am planning to broadcast black and white (there is much less lag this way).
The broadcast will be a google on air hangout and there will be a youtube link as well.
